Farid Bouguettaya is a French lawyer specializing in information technology and intellectual property law, business law, European law and litigation. He has a keen interest in the corporate issues of IT and IP law, and the application of fundamental rights in the Information Society. Before qualifying as a lawyer, Farid trained as a lawyer with top US and French law firms.
Farid graduated from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, with a Master’s degree in Communications Law, and from the University of Montpellier I, with a Master’s degree in European Law. He also holds a degree from the Institute of Political Science of Aix-en-Provence (Sciences Po’Aix diploma) with a specialization in International Relations.
