Armando Becerra

A Telematics Engineer and Ethical Hacker, Armando Becerra works as a privacy, data protection & security consultant.  He is currently working with the IFAI, the Mexican Federal Institute for Access to Information and Data Protection, and has experience in the satellite tracking industry, telecommunications, and software development.

His current projects and research are related to data protection guidance and self-regulation based on international standards and best practices.  Other areas he has an interest in are ontologies, social engineering and gamification.  He studied at IPN-UPIITA and INSA-Lyon.
