Annie C. Bai
Annie C. Bai is an American attorney specializing in privacy and data security law. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional, CIPP/US since 2011 (certification by the International Association of Privacy Professionals, IAPP) and has begun publishing articles through the IAPP monthly Privacy Advisor newsletter. As a work re-entry candidate who dedicated many years to being a full-time parent to three young sons, Annie is ardent about her return to the profession. She lectures on modern privacy law for New Directions for Attorneys, a program of Pace Law School in New York City.
Annie is a graduate of the NYU School of Law and University of California at Berkeley. She clerked for the Hon. Alvin W. Thompson of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut – one of the original 13 courts established in 1789. She is a member of the New York City Bar Association and the Westchester Women’s Bar Association. In addition, she has also developed skills in marketing, outreach and program development – spearheading projects in her community and schools.
